Aunt's wonderful present

This cake was requested by Ramya for her niece birthday. She requested me to make a dolly cake with pink dress. This cake is special because its a present to a small girl name Shriya, and her aunt took all the trouble to take this from Memphis to Iowa.

I was only hopping that it reached safely and everyone could enjoy it. And am sure that Shriya had a wonderful birthday with her dolly cake.

I enjoyed making this cake as my little princess was excited to see it as always.

Cake with petunias on it

This cake was made for my husband's colleagues birthday.

I decided to have a Petunia on this cake. As I wanted to do a different kind of a design.

The base for this cake is chocolate cake. and iced with butter cream icing .

The cute little doll is always a girl would expect on her birthday.And what would be better if the doll is sweet to taste.

This cake was made for the first birthday of cute baby named Tanishka.

The Mermaid Cake

This cake was a dream of a 10 year old girl.
Her mom wanted it specially for her as surprise on her birthday.

Making this cake was a real challenge and I enjoyed making it.

It made me happy to see that little girls dream come true on her birthday. And her mother was happy to give her a surprise with this cake.

my daughters birthday cake

This lovely cake was made for my daughters 2nd birthday. She wanted me to make a dolly cake. I made this cake with fondant and butter cream.Used
a Barbie doll and placed it on the 3 layers of egg less chocolate fudge cake.

I enjoyed making this cake. And my daughter enjoyed it as her birthday cake. My husband was happy and felt proud when his friends praised the cake.
It made me happy that all my friends liked my cake and gave very good comment's.

Archana's birthday cake

My friend Archana asked me to bake a cake for her birthday party.Upon her request I had to make this cake egg less, as her husband was allergic to egg.

The cake came out well it was all iced with butter cream and purely without egg and yummy.

Most of all I was happy to see my friend happy on her birthday. And my cake was just fitting in a right place and gave some sweet memories for us to remember. And her husband was more happier to enjoy a yummy cake without getting himself troubled.

So it is not that making cakes is passion able it always gives good memories in life.
And I love to do it and it gives me all the pleasure.

Black forest Cake

I made this cake for one of my mother-in-laws friends daughter-in-law .She wanted me to make a Black forest cake.

I personally love this cake. It is a great combination of good chocolate cake with cherries and whipped cream.

I made this cake with chocolate cake as base.And the filling was cherry and decorated it with heavy whipped cream and cherries on the top.

What a cake? I wish to make more n more of this yummy cake.
