This cake was made for Aatrey's first birthday. My friends Shilpa and Nilesh wanted a cake for thier sons 1st birthday.
I decided to make this cake for them as a surprise. and every body loves it. I took this idea from the Wilton site.
Wilton has different types of cake pans for good cake designs. The teddy is made in one of those pans. and decorated in chocolate butter cream.
The number 1 is made with cookie dough and decorated with fondant. and the rest of the cake is decorated with fondant.
This is one of my special cakes. I feel that this cake made Aatrey;s birthday very special.I feel my friends felt happy with this surprise.
